2nd Halogram International Digital Salon 2022
Indian pioneer photography club Hap Club organises 2nd Halogram International Digital Salon 2022 on a virtual platform. The photography salon is affiliated by Fédération Internationale de l’Art Photographique (FIAP/2022/110) in association with Federation of Indian Photography (2021/FIP/240/2022). There are four FIAP approved sections in this salon that are Open Monochrome (PIDM), Open Color (PIDC), Nature (ND), and Photo Travel (PTD). 2nd Halogram International Salon is digitally managed by Pixel Clash, a Photography Salon Software.
2nd Halogram International closes the submission of entries on 7th March 2022. Judging of all the sections follows on 20 March 2022. The complete result of awards and acceptances is declared on 6th June 2022. The digital exhibition of the awarded photographs is scheduled for 23 May 2022 to 24 May 2022. Catalogues and awards would be despatched on 7th July 2022. The Jury Panel of the salon includes Sankari Roy (EFIAP, F.FIP), Prabir Chakraborty (EFIAP, F.FIP), Abhijit Dey (EFIAP, F.FIP), and Sujit Sarkar (EFIAP.F.FIP).
2nd Halogram International Digital Salon 2022 receives an overwhelming response from the new and professional photographers from different corners of the Earth. The participating nations are India, Vietnam, South Korea, Hong Kong, Italy, Sri Lanka, Finland, England, Cyprus, Singapore, Hungary, Belarus, France, South Africa, Belgium, Taiwan, Bahrain, Germany, Israel, USA, Australia, Scotland, UAE, Netherlands, Slovakia, Sweden, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Kuwait, Chile, Malta, South Africa, Luxembourg, Serbia, Brazil, Indonesia, Slovenia, and Bangladesh.
Awards and Acceptances
2nd Halogram International Digital Salon 2022 offers 48 high-quality awards in all four sections. The award list of each section includes 1 FIAP Gold, 1 FIP Gold, 1 Club Gold, 1 Club Silver, 1 Club Bronze, 2 FIAP Ribbons, and 5 FIP Ribbons. Apart from the regular awards, there is 1 Best Overall Author- FIAP Blue Pin, and 1 Best Indian Author. There is 1 Best Club Trophy if there are more than 15 entrants from the competing club. The rate of acceptance in the Open Monochrome section turns to be 24.95% and in the Open Colour section, it is 24.23%. In the Nature section, the rate of acceptance is 22.58% and in the Photo Travel section, the acceptance rate is 22.64%.
In the Open Monochrome section, TIBOR TOROK (Hungary) wins the FIAP Gold Medal for the photograph LONELY AMONG MY BOOKS. SUNIEL MARATHE (India) wins FIP Gold in this section for the photograph WRAPPED and JEAN-CLAUDE BERTIN (France) wins Club Gold medal for the photograph REVENANT. In the Open Colour section, KA WAI LI (Hong Kong) receives FIAP Gold for the photograph DREAM WORLD. LING JYI CHAO (Taiwan) wins FIPGold in this section for DISABLED11, and HUU HUNG TRUONG (Vietnam) wins Club Gold for 2-TRUONGHUUHUNG-JPG- TWO SISTERS.
In the Nature section, the FIAP Gold medal is awarded to FAISAL ALLOUGHANI (Kuwait) for the photograph FALCON 10. NABARUN ROY (India) wins FIP Gold in this section for IBIS KITE1 & MAUREEN TOFT (England) wins Club Gold for ATTACK in this section. In the Photo Travel section, HUTTING JACQUES (Luxembourg) wins FIAP Gold for the photograph PEROU ET LAMA. LEE ENG TAN (Singapore) receives FIP Gold for the photograph CITY PAGODA & AMEYA BHAVE (India) wins Club Gold for HOLY WATER in this section.
In the 2nd Halogram International Digital Salon 2022, the Best Overall Author Award (FIAP Blue Pin) goes to SUNIEL MARATHE (India). Overall Best Indian Author Award is also won by SUNIEL MARATHE. For the complete list of awards and acceptances, please click here.
