Colourgrid Circuit

Coliurgrid Circuit is a PSA approved (PSA 2020 – 5468) international circuit that brings new experiences and perspectives to photographers worldwide. It is an international level photography competition based on five salons organised by Zoom in Foto Club (Haridevpur) in association with Global Photographic Society, Fotographic Society of Habra, Chitralekha Photo Club, and Prism Camera Club. This photography circuit is digitally hosted and maintained by Pixel Clash, a Photography Salon Software.

Colourgrid Circuit has four PSA approved sections which are PID Monochrome (PIDM), PID Color (PIDC), Nature (ND), and Photo Travel (PTD). The circuit closes the submission of entries on 28 December 2020 followed by the judging from 11 January 2021 to 17 January 2021. Notification of awards and acceptances is sent over web and mail on 31 January 2021. The exhibition of photographs is scheduled between 18 March 2021 to 20 March 2021 at AVISHAR ART GALLERY (4- 7 PM). Catalogues and awards will be despatched in the middle of March.

Panel of Jury

Colourgrid Circuit engages internationally acclaimed photographers in their jury panel. The jury panel of Zoom in Photo Club (ZFC) includes SUBRATA BYSACK (GMPSA/P, EFIAP/G, GAIUP, GPU CR5, FFIP, SEPSS), DEBDAS BHUNIA (EFIAP), and UDAYAN SANKAR PAL, and (EFIAP, PPSA, HonAvTvISO) for judging all the sections. The judges featuring the jury panel of Global Photographic Society (GPC) are SUNIEL MARATHE (GMPSA, ARPS, EFIAP/G, GPU/Hermes,FFIP, cMOL, Hon. PESGSPC, Hon. CPE, FFIP, FPSI/m&c, FSoF), BASU DEB AICH (EFIAP), and SUDIP ROY CHOWDHURY (EFIAP, Hon.FICS, FFIP, GPA.PESGSPC). Fotographic Society of Habra (FSH) engages CHINMOY DUTTA (EFIAP/b, EPSA, EIUP, AICS, FFIP, Hon.PESGSPC), SUSANTA BURMAN (EFIAP), and PABITRA SEN SHARMA (EFIAP/b, EFIP).

AMITABHA SIL (EFIAP,EPSA, Hon.FICS, GPA.PESGSPC), PINKU DEY (EFIAP/b, HonFICS, AFIP, HonPESGSPC, ESOF, Hon.FTPAS), and MANAB KUMAR SANTRA (EFIAP, PPSA, EFIP) feature the jury panel of Chitralekha Photo Club (CPC). Prism Camera Club (PCC) engages PIYALI MITRA (EFIAP/B, EPSA, EFIP), PARTHA SARATHI SARKAR (EFIAP), and PRABIR KUMAR ROY (EFIAP, ARPS, FFIP) for judging all the sections.

Result

Colourgrid Circuit 2020 has announced their award list that includes 20 PSA GOLD MEDALS, 20 TCG GOLD MEDALS, 20 TCG SILVER MEDALS, 20 TCG BRONZE MEDALS, 20 TCG MERIT AWARDS, and 40 TCG CHAIRMAN CHOICE AWARDS. Otherwise, there are awards for the overall best entrant and best Indian entrant. The notable awards of all five judgings are mentioned here. Judging 1

In the Open Monochrome section, ARNALDO PAULO CHE from Hong Kong receives PSA Gold for the image LANTERN FESTIVAL 1, and VINYASA UBARADKA from India receives TCG Gold for the image A SNAIL IN MY GARDEN. In the Open Colour section, JING LI from China receives PSA Gold for the image STAY CLOSE and XIAOMEI XU from China receives TCG Gold for the image TRIBAL SCHOOL. In the Nature section, CHIN TZU WENG from Taiwan receives PSA Gold for MANY CHILDREN045, and DILIP PATEL from the USA receives TCG GOLD for EXCITEMENT. In the Photo Travel section, JIAHONG ZENG from the USA receives PSA Gold for GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE NIGHT VIEW and VINCENZO DI PANFILO from Italy receives TCG GOLD for the image WITCH MOUNTAIN.

In the Nature section, DILIP PATEL from the USA receives PSA Gold for the photo EXCITEMENT and KILLEN ROY from Australia receives TCG Gold for the image MARA CROCODILE MEAL. In the Photo Travel section, KATHERINE WONG from Canada receives PSA Gold for the image TORRES DEL PAINE SUNRISE and NEELIMA M REDDY from India receives TCG Gold for the image KUMBH A JOURNEY OF RENUNCIATION.

In the Open Monochrome section, JOAQUIN SALINAS D ANGLADA from Spain receives the PSA Gold award for the image EMOCIONES and ALAN YOUNG from England receives TCG Gold award for the image HARRY THE OLD BEVIN BOY. In the Open Colour section, OLE SUSZKIEWICZ from Denmark receives PSA Gold for HARMONICA CLOWN and ARNALDO PAULO CHE from Hong Kong receives TCG Gold for the image MOTHER AND SON. In the Nature section, HEINZ PEKS from Germany receives PSA Gold for FAMILIE FUCHS and JEAN CLAUDE BACLE from France receives TCG Gold for GO TO THE BATH.
