Love for Art International Digital Salon 2021

The aesthetic sensibilities of people showcase how and where to we are moving in the future. Photography is an art that is reserved for people of great aesthetic and cultural sensibilities. For encouraging and promoting love for the art of photography, Love for Art Society organises Love for Art International Digital Salon 2021. Love for Art (06-2020) organises this international digital salon in association with Photographic Society of America (PSA 2021 – 1056), The International Federation of Photographic Art (FIAP 2021 – 120), and Federation of Indian Photography (2020/FIP/239/2021). This international photography competition is powered by Pixel Clash, a Photography Salon Software.

Love for Art International Digital Salon closes the submission of entries on 18 January followed by the judging of all sections on 2 February 2021. Notification over web and email regarding acceptances and awards is done on 16 February 2021. EDAS is prepared and sent on 2 March 2021. The exhibition is scheduled between 27 to 29 March 2021 at Avishar Art Gallery (4-7 PM). Catalogues and awards will be despatched from 2 April 2021. Love for Art is an International Digital Salon based on four sections namely PID Monochrome (PIDM), PID Color (PIDC), Nature (ND), and Photo Travel (PTD).

Love for Art International Digital Salon receives entries from the photographers across the continents. The entries include photographs from India, Hong Kong, Malta, Hungary, England, Cyprus, Italy, Netherlands, USA, Belgium, France, Australia, South Korea, Macau, Romania, Singapore, Bulgaria, Denmark, Serbia, Wales, Myanmar, Canada, Indonesia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Turkey, Argentina, Vietnam, and so on.

The jury panel of Love for Art International Digital Salon 2021 includes brilliant minds in the arena of photography. In Love for Art International Digital Salon 2021, Overall Best Entrant Award (FIAP Blue Badge) has been conferred to CHING CHING CHAN. GANGADHAR AG has been selected as the Best Indian Entrant for being awarded at least once in all three sections. YOUTH PHOTOGRAPHIC SOCIETY of India has been awarded the Best Club Award.

I have used this software while judging Saints in Need salon in July 2020. Its one of the most user friendly software, I have used in Indian salons. As the Saints in Need is a charitable salon , Sri Raju Sutradhar provided entire software support free of cost. My heart felt thanks to him and his team for this benevolent work. It is my first judging experience with Pixel Clash software and off course the experience is awesome. It is fast and enriched with features which are mostly required by a jury member. Uploading, payment updates and judging are completely hassel free. No problem reported so far. After completing the marking juror can see the thumbnails with given marks which is a much required feature in my opinion. Mr. Sutradhar is very courteous and always ready to extend the support regarding software. I highly recommend Pixel Clash software for salon/circuit management.( Disclaimer: I am in no way related to Pixel Clash or with Mr. Raju Sutradhar neither I have any interest with it. )

The software used for Online judging in Saints in Need 2020 by Pixel Clash was an excellent one. It was so smooth and fast, without any problem. The second round was even more enjoyable with a particular facility called 'Review marks with thumbnail' through which it was possible to review the images in the order of scores given by me, and also providing a scope of modification at that stage. The overall judging experience using this software was highly enjoyable.
