Lenspic 2021

Seen Shot Society organises Lenspic 2021, a digital international photography contest cum exhibition, to exhibit the emerging talents in the arena of photography. This international level photography contest is based on 3 judging and 7 sections. The circuit is recognised by the Photographic Society of America (PSA 2021 – 1113), and digitally hosted by Pixel Clash, a Photography Salon Software.

For participating in Lenspic 2021, the closing date of the submission of entries is 15 February 2021. Judging is done starting from 20 February 2021 till 28 February 2021. Result and report card are generated on 7 March 2021. Online Catalogue is made and sent to the awardees and participants on 25 March 2021. EDAS report will be prepared and sent to PSA on 25 March 2021. Public exhibition will take place between 7 May 2021 to 9 May 2021. Awards will be sent to the winners from 1 June 2021.

Lenspic 2021 presents 212 High Quality Awards. The award list in each section includes 1 PSA Gold Medal, 1 SSS Gold Medal, 1 SSS Silver Medal, 1 SSS Bronze Medal, 3 SSS Certificate of Merit, 2 SSS Honourable Mention, and 1 Judge’s Choice. Otherwise there is 1 Special Award Plaque for the Best Author, and 1 Special Award Plaque for the Best Club/Group.

Panel of Jury

The jury panel of Lenspic 2021 engages emerging and experienced photographers from different countries. The First Judging is done by Mr. S. R. As the Saints in Need is a charitable salon , Sri Raju Sutradhar provided entire software support free of cost. My heart felt thanks to him and his team for this benevolent work. It is my first judging experience with Pixel Clash software and off course the experience is awesome. It is fast and enriched with features which are mostly required by a jury member. Uploading, payment updates and judging are completely hassel free. No problem reported so far. After completing the marking juror can see the thumbnails with given marks which is a much required feature in my opinion. Mr. Sutradhar is very courteous and always ready to extend the support regarding software. The software used for Online judging in Saints in Need 2020 by Pixel Clash was an excellent one. It was so smooth and fast, without any problem. The second round was even more enjoyable with a particular facility called 'Review marks with thumbnail' through which it was possible to review the images in the order of scores given by me, and also providing a scope of modification at that stage.
