Tela Vuota International Photography Exhibition 2022
Tela Vuota International Photography Exhibition 2022, a digital photography salon organised by the Blank Canvas International Photography Exhibition Club of Kolkata, has just been over with the active participation of photography artists from across the globe. “Tela Vuota” is an Italian term that means “Blank Canvas”. This international level photography exhibition appeared to be a blank canvas for the photographers to make it a vibrant and lively platform with their innovative and artistic works. the exhibition is based on four sections: Colour (PIDC) – Theme: Altered Reality, Monochrome (PIDM) – Theme – Face the Index of Mind, Nature (ND), and Photo Journalism (PJD). The salon is recognised by the Photographic Society of America (PSA 2022-178) and powered by Pixel Clash, a Photography Salon Software.
Tela Vuota International Photography Exhibition 2022 closes the submission of entries for all participants on 17 March 2022 followed by judging from 27 March 2022 to 7 April 2022. The notification of awards and acceptances was sent to the entrants on 21 April 2022. E-Catalogue, awards, and online gallery will be available on the website of Tela Vuota Exhibition on 23 June 2022. The talented photography artists of India featuring the judging panel are Subrata Bysack GMPSA/P, EFIAP/P, Achinta Kumar Saha GMPSA, EFIAP/P, and Chinmoy Dutta MPSA, EFIAP. Mrs Saswati Chakraborty BPSA, EFIAP plays the role of exhibition chairman. The award list of each section of this salon includes 1 PSA Gold, 1 Green Corridor Gold, 1 Blank Canvas Gold, 1 HPS Fotoclub Gold, 3 e-Ribbons, and 1 Chairman Choice Gold Medal.

In the Monochrome (PIDM) – Theme: Face the Index of Mind section, the PSA Gold medal is awarded to Suman Bhattacharya (India) for the photograph ME AND GRANNY1. Corin Pinks (England) wins the Green Corridor Gold medal for the photograph THE BROADCASTER. This section’s Blank Canvas Gold medal is awarded to Woodpecker Huang (Taiwan) for the photograph HOMESICKNESSMONO K. The HPS Fotoclub Gold medal is awarded to Hajime Sanguinetti (Chile) for the photograph FOOTPRINTS OF LIFE. In the Colour (PIDC) – Theme: Altered Reality section, Corin Spinks (England) wins the PSA Gold medal for the photograph PUSS IN BOOTS. The Green Corridor Gold medal in this section is won by Shiu Gun Wong (Hong Kong) for the photograph UNDER THE WATER. Chris Whitty (England) wins the Black Canvas Gold medal for the photograph WHAT YOU NEVER SEE. The HPS Fotoclub Gold medal is awarded to Alexandar Hochhaus (Germany) for the photograph DIVINE.
In the Nature (ND) section, the PSA Gold medal is awarded to TIN SANG CHAN (Canada) for the photograph SHORT EARED OWL FIGHTING FOR VOLE. This section’s Green Corridor Gold medal is won by Surajit Dutta (India) for CHILDS PLAY. Suman Bhattacharyya (India) wins the Blank Canvas Gold medal for the photograph KILL PARTY 201907 and Jingru Luo (USA) wins the HPS Fotoclub Gold medal for the photograph CHASE. In the Photo Journalism (PJD) section, Oleg Kutskiy (Ukraine) wins the PSA Gold medal for the photograph DAY OF REMEMBRANCE. Nancy Lee (Canada) wins the Green Corridor Gold medal for the photograph RAFT FLIP ON OTTAWA RIVER. The Blank Canvas Gold medal in this section is awarded to Sumit Sanyal (India) for the photograph RUSH HOUR. Hajime Sanguinetti (Chile) wins the HPS Fotoclub Gold medal for the photograph I M HUNGRY.
