1st Tornado International Salon 2020
1st Tornado International Salon 2020 welcomed professional and amateur photographers from across the Globe. The salon is organised by the photography club Photography is My Passion. The salon is approved by PSA(2020/363), and GPU (L20031), and powered by Pixel Clash, a Photography Salon Software. The entry for the salon was closed on 31 August 2020 followed by Jury meeting on 13 September 2020. The notification was done on 23 September 2020. EDAS will be prepared on 10 October 2020. Awards and Catalogue will be distributed on 10 November 2020. The salon is hosted by PMP Salon Club. MANASHI CHATTERJEE EFIP,EFIAP.AISF, is the acting chairman of this international salon for the overall management. The salon has 67 awards in five sections: Open Colour, Open Monochrome, Nature, Women/Child, and People. The regular awards are 5 PSA Gold, 5 PMP GOLD, 5 PMP SILVER, 5 PMP BRONZE. 5 TORNADO GOLD. 5 TORNADO SILVER, and 5 TORNADO BRONZE. Apart from the traditional awards, there are 10 MERIT MEDALS (2 Medals for each section), 10 CHAIRMAN CHOICE (2 Medals for each section). There are two exceptional awards Best overall OVERSEAS award – Chairman’s Medal and BEST INDIAN AWARD – CHAIRMANS CHOICE.
Renowned judges in the fields of photography featured the judging panel at Tornado Salon.
