Calcutta Super Circuit 2022
Calcutta Super Circuit, an International Photography Competition cum Exhibition was organised by Calcutta Foto Art (Kolkata) in association with CCK (Salt Lake), BPCC (Jadavpur), CAW (Kolkata), & BPC (Barasat). The circuit is based on five PSA approved sections which are PID Monochrome (PIDM), PID Color (PIDC), Nature (ND), Photo Travel (PTD), and Photo Journalism (PJD). There are 8 awards in each section of Calcutta Super Circuit: 1 PSA Gold Medal, 1 CSC Gold Medal, 1 CSC Silver Medal, 1 CSC Bronze Medal, 2 CSC Merit Award (E-Certificate), and 2 Charman Choice Award (E-Certificate). This international level photography exhibition conforms to the rules and guidelines of the Photographic Society of America (PSA No. 2022 – 145). The Calcutta Super Circuit is powered by Pixel Clash, A Photography Salon Software.
The circuit closes the submission of entries on 28th February 2022. Judging of all the sections of all the salons are completed between 12th to 18th March 2022. Notification of awards and acceptances are sent via Web and Mail on 2nd April 2022. EDAS Report will be sent to PSA on 17th April 2022. The online gallery will be open for exhibition on 15th May 2022. Offline exhibition of awarded photographs will take place from 15th to 17th May 2022 at The Hotel Avisha (Kestopur, Kolkata); 4- 7 PM. Catalogue and Awards will be dispatched on 15th May 2022.
The Judging Panel of Calcutta Super Circuit 2022 is featured by world-renowned photography experts from India. In the 1st Judging (CFA Club) the judges are Subrata Bysack, GMPSA/P, EFIAP/P, GAIUP, GPU CR5, FFIP, SEPSS, Udayan Sankar Pal, EFIAP, PPSA, HonAvTvISO, and Sudip Roy Chowdhury, EFIAP, Hon. FICS, FFIP, GPA.PESGSPC. In Judging 2 (BPCC Club), Sharmali Das, GMPSA, EFIAP/gold, GPU Crown 3, GPA PESGSPC, Hon. PESGSPC, FFIP, Pinku Dey, EFIAP/b, MFIP, Hon FICS, Hon PESGSPC, ESoF, Hon FTPAS, and Gargi De, EFIAP, FFIP feature the panel. In Judging 3 (CAW), the panel is featured by Piyali Mitra, GMPSA, EFIAP/S, EFIP/G, Tuhin Kanti Das, MPSA, EFIAP, FFIP, FSOP, AICS, AISF, and Pabitra Sen Sarma, EFIAP/b, EFIP. In Judging 4 (BPC Club), the judges featuring the panel are Rajdeep Biswas, GMPSA, EFIAP, FFIP, Pinki Ghosh Guha, MPSA, EFIAP, FFIP, Hon PESGSPC, and Basudev Aich, EFIAP.

In the Open Monochrome section, the PSA Gold Medal is awarded to AJAR SETIADI (Indonesia) for the photograph BROKEN EVERYWHERE. ARNALDO PAULO CHE (Hong Kong) receives CSC Gold for the photograph HAPPY CHILDHOOD 20. In the Open Colour section, ARNALDO PAULO CHE (Hong Kong) is awarded the PSA Gold Medal for GRAZING 4 and PINKU DEY (India) receives CSC GOLD for BLACK BEAUTY 451. In the Nature section, WEI LIAN (USA) wins PSA GOLD for the photograph FLY-TOGETHER and PIYALI MITRA (India) wins CSC GOLD for the photograph GOING TO RAVAGE. In the Photo Travel section, ZHICAI REN (China) wins PSA GOLD for NANPU BRIDGE 12 and AJIT HUILGOL (India) wins CSC GOLD for CATACOMBS OF THE COLOSEUM. In the Photo Journalism section, the PSA Gold Medal is awarded to JEAN LUC LEGRAND (Belgium) for the photograph EFFORT DESESPERE. FAISAL ALLOUGHANI (Kuwait) receives CSC GOLD for the photograph TIPTOP in this section.

CSC Gold in this section is won by PETER TEUSCHEL (Germany) for the photograph FEEL THE MOMENT. In the Nature section, KENT HOLMBERG (Sweden) wins the PSA Gold Medal for the photograph VULTURE PIED CROW 190521091215. WEI XU (USA) wins CSC GOLD for the photograph FIGHTING 6 here. In the Photo Travel section, ZHICAI REN (China) wins the PSA Gold medal for NANPU BRIDGE 12 and TAT CHUEN LAM (Hong Kong) wins CSC GOLD for the photograph FESTIVAL FIREWORKS. In the Photo Journalism section, HAI VU (Vietnam) wins PSA Gold for the photograph CUU RUNG and TAT CHUEN LAM (Hong Kong) wins CSC Gold for ACCIDENT MOMENT 12.

In the Open Monochrome section, the PSA Gold Medal is awarded to ARNALDO PAULO CHE (Hong Kong) for the photograph MY YOUNGER BROTHER 8. TAT CHUEN LAM (Hong Kong) receives CSC Gold for the photograph BALLET POSTURE. In the Nature section, BARUN SINHA (India) wins PSA Gold Medal for the photograph CHEETA FAMILY & AJAR SETIADI (Indonesia) wins the CSC Gold Medal for THE LONG PREY.
