Lens Queen International Circuit 2020

Lens Queen International Circuit 2020 is organized in completely digital format by Lens Queen Photography (Kolkata) in association with the Camera Club Kolkata (Salt Lake) & Badya Para Camera Club (Jadavpur). The photography contest is approved by Photographic Society of America (PSA: 2020-447) and powered by Pixel Clash, a Photography Salon Software. The circuit closes its entries on 26 October 2020 followed by its judgement on November 2020. The notification over web and mail is done on 24 November 2020. Exhibition of photos will take place between 18 January 2020 to 20 January 2020. The exhibition will take place at The Hotel Avisha (Kestopur, Kolkata) from 4- 7 PM on the said date. The catalogue will be despatched in the middle of January.

The circuit has PSA approved four sections namely PID Monochrome (PIDM), PID Color (PIDC), Nature (ND), and Photo travel (PTD). The judgement of Lens Queen International Circuit 2020 is done in three panels by the renowned judges. All the sections of Lens Queen Photography (LQP) panel are judged by SUBRATA BYSACK – GMPSA/p, EFIAP/g, FFIP, GAIUP, GPU CR5, GPU VIP 5, SEPSS BASU DEB AICH – EFIAP, and DR. DEBDAS BHUNIA – EFIAP. The sections under the panel of Camer Club Kolkata (CCK) are judged by SUDIP ROY CHOWDHURY – EFIAP, FFIP, AIIPC, Hon.FICS, Hon.FIVAF, Hon. FBAF, Hon.SSS, Hon.FSAP Hon.PESGSPC, GPA PESGSPC, ANIKET PAUL – EFIAP, and CHINMOY DUTTA – EFIAP/b, EPSA, EIUP, AICS, FFIP, Hon.PESGSPC. The sections under the panel of Badya Para Camera Club (BPCC) are judged by PIYALI MITRA – EFIAP/b, EPSA, EFIP, PARTHA SARATHI SARKAR – EFIAP, and PINKU DEY – EFIAP/b, HonFICS, AFIP, HonPESGSPC, ESoF Hon.FTPAS.

I have used this software while judging Saints in Need salon in July 2020. Its one of the most user friendly software, I have used in Indian salons. As the Saints in Need is a charitable salon , Sri Raju Sutradhar provided entire software support free of cost. My heart felt thanks to him and his team for this benevolent work. It is my first judging experience with Pixel Clash software and off course the experience is awesome. It is fast and enriched with features which are mostly required by a jury member. Uploading, payment updates and judging are completely hassel free. No problem reported so far. After completing the marking juror can see the thumbnails with given marks which is a much required feature in my opinion. Mr. Sutradhar is very courteous and always ready to extend the support regarding software. I highly recommend Pixel Clash software for salon/circuit management.( Disclaimer: I am in no way related to Pixel Clash or with Mr. Raju Sutradhar neither I have any interest with it. )

The software used for Online judging in Saints in Need 2020 by Pixel Clash was an excellent one. It was so smooth and fast, without any problem. The second round was even more enjoyable with a particular facility called 'Review marks with thumbnail' through which it was possible to review the images in the order of scores given by me, and also providing a scope of modification at that stage. The overall judging experience using this software was highly enjoyable.
